I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were extremely well appointed, spacious, and clean, offering great views down to Getreidegasse. The service was top-notch with polite and helpful staff, particularly with local transportation and tours. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the attractions in the historic center of Salzburg. The dining experience was good overall, though there were some areas that could be improved. Facilities were satisfactory, meeting my needs during the stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, despite being small and modern, was exceptionally clean but lacked a cozy feel. On the bright side, we were able to comfortably fit a rollaway bed for our sons. The service was top-notch with helpful and friendly staff, even though some parts of the stay fell short. The location was stellar, making it easy to explore Salzburg on foot. The dining experience left something to be desired, but still offered decent options. Overall, a place worth considering for its cleanliness and prime location.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room opened onto a small courtyard, making it very quiet and comfortable. The staff was fantastic and always friendly. However, the bright lights at night made it a bit challenging to sleep well.
